If you would like the sale vet to evaluate a consigned horse you are welcome to do so, at your cost, and with permission from the consignor. The sale vet acts as an independent contractor when requested to perform additional evaluations. The sale vet is Dr. Brian Eitelman (720) 339-4187. Feel free to bring your own vet to the sale (again, at your cost and with seller's permission) to perform an examination.

The stall numbers are set up by our host facility, Douglas County Fairgrounds - and can be a bit confusing. We encourage consignors to take their horses out of the stalls and to utilize the arenas outside to show off their horses! If the horse in which you're interested is not in the stall, please take a look in the warm up arena. For your convenience, please click here to view a map.
Buyers, sellers and spectators are encouraged to use caution while on the grounds and particularly while horses are being shown or sold. All persons attending the sale do so at their own risk. Horse Creek Sale Company LLC and its agents are not responsible for death or harm incurred to human or animal or property in connection with the sale at any time.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL
PHONE BIDS ARE ACCEPTED
We do accept phone bids, but please note that in doing so all buyer terms and conditions still apply. If you are the winning bidder, the horse is your responsibility upon the fall of the hammer (including but not limited to feed, water, and security) and must be picked up by yourself or your agent not later than 10 am the morning following the sale.
If you are the winning bidder, our office will call you shortly after the horse goes through the ring to take a credit card payment over the phone. All credit card payments are assessed an additional 3% charge (this is what the cc processing company charges us).
If you are interested in placing a phone bid, we will need your full name, mailing address, phone number where you can be reached on sale day, a photo of your driver's license, and the horse(s) in which you're interested in bidding NOT LATER THAN the Thursday prior to the sale. Email us
Once hip numbers have been assigned, we will have a better idea of a window of time when the horse(s) you're interested in will be selling.
Phone bids are offered as a courtesy and a service and we will do the best we can to contact you when the horse(s) you're interested in sell. However, sometimes things happen and we aren't able to make the call. NO GUARANTEES. It is ALWAYS best to send an agent to bid on your behalf if you cannot attend in person.
